Note: The undercut length (.100"/2.54 mm) on this stud is insufficient for the self ejecting cup (.090"/2.29 mm) plus the panel and retainer. If this stud were installed with an ejecting spring and cup, the stud would pop out of the hole and have to be reassembled each time it is used. Therefore, the Self Ejecting (SE) configuration is not available for the Size 3 fixed undercut studs.

* is the "Stud Grip" from the table.  For example, 1201-540-Z3CT is an oval head stud with a "Stud Grip" of 40.

Note: For all raised head styles, the "G" (Grip) and "U" (Undercut) dimensions are measured to the underside of the head. For the flush head style, the "G" (Grip) and "U" (Undercut) dimensions are measured to the top of the head.

We recommend the Z3CT finish instead of the Z3YT finish. The Z3CT finish is much more cost effective and provides the same salt spray benefits as the Z3YT finish. (RoHS Compliant)
